Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control & Compliance Specialist to ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is vital in protecting our clients, supporting our caregivers, and strengthening our reputation as a trusted provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of client records, caregiver documentation, and service delivery.

• Monitor compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP, CMS, and Ohio Department of Health regulations.

• Develop and maintain quality control tools, reports, and corrective action plans.

• Collaborate with HR and Training teams to ensure staff receive ongoing compliance education.

• Prepare reports for leadership and recommend process improvements.

• Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience in quality control, compliance, or healthcare operations.

• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and standards.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR systems.
