Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - FULL & PARTIME POSITION

About the Role

Quality Health Care Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients in their homes. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive safe, effective, and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.

• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures.

• Support patients with daily living activities and health education.

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and families to update care plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.

• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home health or long-term care preferred).

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
