Registered Nurse (RN) FULL & PART TIME

Quality Health Care Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing team. As an RN, you’ll provide direct patient care in the comfort of clients’ homes, ensuring they can live safely, independently, and with dignity. What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient progress

• Educate patients and families on health management and safety practices

• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and support home health aides and other care staff

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, state/local laws)

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in good standing (ADN required; BSN preferred)

• At least 2 years of nursing experience (home health or long-term care preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
